ROLE DESC Lead Java Developer/Application Architect. At least 5 years
of industry experience with some application architecture background.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills are a must. The applicant
must be able to take lead ownership of the application architecture
and direct the design of all software development projects for a web
based, multi-tiered and distributed Dealer Communication System. The
candidate will also be responsible for creating and enforcing
adherance to software development standards that support the overall
application architecture. Additionally, the person must have the
proficiency to acquire additional technical knowledge in a fast paced
environment. Well rounded presentation, mid-tier, data, and business
system interface/integration development experience are a must.
Required Design Development Experience: * Strong OO Design and
Development skills using Java (J2SE/J2EE) and C++ * Strong
understanding of Threading * Strong understanding of Java Transaction
API and XA protocol * Strong understading of Java Messaging and
Message Oriented Middleware * Perimeter Authentication and
Authorization (Web Security) * XML, XML Schema, XSLT * Web Services
(SOAP, WSDL and WS-*) * Strong understanding of Operating System
concepts and common network protocols * GoF Design Patterns * Strong
Troubleshooting skills * Profiling and Performance tuning experience *
Source Control/Build use (including CVS and Ant)..
